Not a luxury hotel
Hotel is old. The hotel rooms are beat. the property had no air conditioner running in halls or elevator. Glass doors and windows in the property were filthy. The sofa pull outs are only single bed size and half of ours was caved in so couldn't be used. We switched rooms. If You're facing the pool, there is a lot of noise while it is open ('till 11p.m.). They even had 'movie night' by the swimming pool one night where they brought out a screen and speakers. If you've got kids or need to get to sleep earlier than 11 yourself, it is not pleasant.
Big name hotel, small value
The hairs dryer was hanging by 1 screw. The pullout sofa had filthy sheet and a wet towel on it. The swimming pool sounded like it was in our room. The stinch in the hotel room was horrible. TV had hole in it, had to keep an eye on the kids.
First rate hotel
I've been staying at this property when I'm in the area for the last 20 years. Its always been really nice and got even better when Wyndam took it over. would recomend it to anyone. You usually have to pay alot more for a hotel this nice.
Not as expected
Paid extra for delux hotel room 2 bed. Got a noise hotel room with one bed next an elevator. Front desk did not want to switch - claimed "internet booking not guarantee".
Nice Hotel
The hotel rooms were large and spotless. The swimming pool was a little murky probably because it is so heavily used. The girl that checked us in wasn't helpful or polite however, the rest of the help we dealt with was great. We'd stay here again if we were in the area.
